Smoking is prohibited on all vehicles.

Any damage to the bus caused by passengers will be the responsibility of the booking party, and repair/replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

Refund Policy:
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify the company within 14 calendar days of your scheduled booking for a 50% refund. Any request past 14 calendar days of your scheduled booking is non-refundable, but transferable to a different date if available.
After a refund is granted, our team of professionals will process your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method you used during the booking unless a different method is agreed upon between both parties. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
